We can see the banner both in desktop and mobile view (positioned at the top of the screen).
If you don’t see the updates correctly, the best is to view the site in a private browsing window or you can use a different browser to ensure that your local cache does not interfere (same on mobile phone, please use private browsing with no other tab open).

Our plugin supports the Google Consent v2 natively.

We recommend removing all custom scripts from the plugin and trying again.
The main.js error appears if one of the inserted scripts is invalid.

Alternatively, check your that you don’t have any console errors (Chrome > Inspect > Console) on your site?
There also might be some conflict with your theme or plugins, or with a caching plugin that should be investigated by your developers.

There is a setting in the CMS to disable the Floating button:
After that, you may need to clear your cache or check in private browsing window.
