Here’s an update. The theme I used was Astra and maybe there’s something weird going on with the default colour. So have to manually configure the text and background colour

Would adding another “ul li” work for the subsequent drop downs?
For example:
First drop down
.main-navigation ul li ul li a {
width: 450px;
max-width: 100%;
}
Therefore, 2nd drop down?
.main-navigation ul li ul li ul li a {
width: 450px;
max-width: 100%;
}
It doesn’t seem to work for the latter method
