I started with the site that gets the most of this error.
1 I went in and changed passwords on just my account after I deleted 2 backupAdmin accounts that I do not know where they came from but they are deleted now. My account is the only account listed in users. I also changed my domain login account to make sure that nothing could get changed there.

I tried using the WPCode safe mode setting but as soon as I do it took me to my dashboard and never found any snippets. There are no Snippet mangers listed on my Admin menu and in the plugins there is neither a snippet manager listed or WPCode plug in listed. Below are my Plugins I currently have listed as it is a working web site.

After changing passwords and looking thru the plugins not 20 minuets later I received this error report:

Upon looking in the plugin list on the website I see no mention of insert-headers-and-footers or WPCode but with my ftp looking in the Plugins directory I find insert-header-and-footers installed in the directory.

I’m have also scanned my whole public_html directory using the AntiMalware plugin and it finds nothing..
I’m just lost….
