If i change the price to display without tax it doesn’t show the error anymore, but shows the wrong price:

There is not problem on the product page itself, but it appears on listing, when injected via:

I see no warning now, but also no option to disable Omnibuson variable products and it’s showing the same price that’s now set and also lowest from few days back which is the same, can I disable it for products not on promotion and with current price same as the lowest one?

No it wasn’t background nor option to remove it in right click option menu, it was clearly a bug – had to hide video box from the inspector to select elements beneath it to get them to appear in other slides and delete the whole slide to get rid of it. I’ll save it when I reproduce it again.
