Same thing is happening to me. I’ve done all of those checks, too. I even checked email log to see if it was triggered. It was. It was in the email log.
The website can send other emails and delivered. But, orders from Woo are not receiving confirmation emails. All orders are “complete” and no email.

So, I did this…. In dashboard, appearance, customizer, (I created a widget on my live page view). Then, on the right side, I pressed on Widgets, header side bar ( in the header widget area there is no creation found. It is empty. As if, I did not create anything.)
I then, got back out and went to my dashboard.
In dashboard, I went to appearance, widgets (right clicked widgets), then to Inspect.
In the Inspect, I went to the right side of the page to press Console.
This is what i found…

TAMRAT!!! YOU DID IT!!! YOU SOLVED MY PROBLEM!! I had no idea you could click and drag it over like that!! Oh, so SIMPLE. I’m glad it was an easy fix. I dragged it over and voila, it expanded.

Ahir, thank you for responding for me to check my plugins. I know plugins can make a mess of things. Thank Goodness it was just an easy fix of just moving it to the center of the page. Something so basic and so easy. However, if we don’t know or haven’t learned, it can seem daunting. Thank you again for your response.
I learned something NEW today AND I fixed my problem! I’m EXCITED!

I have the health check and it said that I was GOOD.
