Can you please temporarily de-activate all other plugins except Email Subscribers and switch your current theme to default WordPress theme and check if it works.
If yes, keep activating other plugins one-by-one and theme at the end to find conflicting plugin.

Currently it is not possible. Also we do not have any plans as of now to include such functionality.

As investigated on your site, there are some errors in browser’s console. This errors are shown because either your theme or plugin’s jQuery is failing.
Please temporarily de-activate all other plugins except Email Subscribers and switch your current theme to default WordPress theme. Then have a check. It should work.
If it does, keep activating other plugins one-by-one and theme at the end to find conflicting plugin/theme.

Make sure you are updated to the latest version of Email Subscribers. Then you can remove Email label and add it as placeholder from this code.
