You can translate in the same way as when you update standard content. Once you switch to the language version, you can update the content for that language. Please see attached for more details.

We recommend testing in private browsing window (no other private browsing windows should be open).

As you can see from the forum thread that you shared, the issue is with the ‘Facebook for Woocommerce’ plugin that stores cookies without possibility to reject them.
You would need to speak to their support team and request a guidance or a feature that will allow you to block their cookies before user gives consent.
