Thanks for reaching out.a. Enable Global Limits: Enable limits that apply across all services.
- For the Same Time Slot: Set the maximum number of bookings allowed at the same time across all services. Leave empty for no restriction.
Example: If you have 10 services but only 5 staff members, set this to 5. - For the Same Day: Set the maximum number of bookings allowed across all services in a single day. Leave empty for no restriction.
b. Enable Customer LimitsRestrict how often the same customer (by email address) can book.
- Per Time Slot: Prevent a customer from making multiple bookings for the same time slot.
- Per Day: Prevent a customer from making multiple bookings on the same day.
- Per Service: Prevent a customer from booking the same service multiple times.

Yes, you can deactivate version 5.1.26. We haven’t released that version globally, as our current and actively maintained release is version 6.Once you activate the new plugin without a license key, it will run in free mode. As a precaution, we recommend taking a backup of your site before making the change.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I’ve been able to reproduce the issue with the category shortcode on our end.I’ve already informed our team, and they will work on a fix to resolve the issue. I’ll keep you updated as soon as we have more progress.

Thanks for sharing the details. Since you’re using “Order service by” (A-Z) under User Interface, you can also try the Priority options under Service [screenshot]. You can use the Priority to order the Services.

Thanks for sharing the details.- You can limit the slot selection from Service > Limit timeslot selection. Also, once you enable Group Booking, you’ll be able to see the available and booked slots directly in the calendar.
- At the moment, Webba has checkout coupon features only.
- Currently, the waiting list and purchase coupon/gift card features are not available. However, they are planned and expected to be released in the first half of 2026.

At the moment, there isn’t a specific setting or controller to hide or remove those elements. You’ll need to use custom CSS to hide them.
You can try adding the following CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.wbk_sidebar__bottom-summary__wrapper { display: none; } .wbk_booking_block__info p { display: none; }I hope this helps.

Yes, you can do this in the latest version as well. You’ll need to set the maximum number of bookings for a specific day from Webba Settings > Booking Rules > Advanced Settings [screenshot]. Once the total number of bookings reaches 4 for that day, the day will no longer be shown as available in the calendar.

Could you please share the URL of your booking page? Also, could you let me know how you set up four items within a single booking? Are you referring to custom fields?
If possible, please share a screenshot as well. That would help me better understand your setup and take a closer look for you.
