    Hello petmum,

To confirm, after installing the plugin, are you seeing a blank screen on all pages? This could be due to a PHP error caused by a plugin conflict. I suggest checking the PHP error log for clues about the root cause of this problem.

    Thanks

    Hello pooruvisingh,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re implementing a custom WooCommerce payment method and need to trigger WooCommerce’s built-in checkout field validation in JavaScript before calling your payment API, without using the process_payment PHP function.

Custom development is outside our support scope. I recommend working with a developer through Codeable or WooExperts. You can also ask for help in the Woo Community Slack for input from other developers.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Best regards.

    Hello Michelle,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand that you want to revert to the classic email templates, and the new ones have affected your site’s branding and may appear spammy to customers.

You can disable the new email templates by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features and toggling off the new email experience.

Could you share more about how the new templates are impacting your branding or customer perception? Your feedback will help us improve the email experience moving forward.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello nummu4,

    Thank you for your reply.

This is very helpful. Next, I am trying to find this product in the CSV, but I cannot find it. Could you help me locate the product in the CSV?

Once I have the product, I can check what variations are generated in the CSV and what are available to purchase on the website.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello Just There,

    Thank you for your reply.

The products have multiple attributes, however only one variation, this is needed on the store and has never been an issue in the past, it just simple ones like Brand, Manufacture etc, however the largest variation is “Size”.

Could you please edit the product and share screenshots of the attributes you are referring to? This will give me a better understanding of the configuration to help you further.

You may use https://snipboard.io to upload images and share links here.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello Tirwin,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you want to set up shipping so that prints are grouped in parcels of three for £3, while original art pieces have separate shipping costs, like £10. You also want the total shipping to combine both correctly, such as £13 for 3 prints and 1 original.

To achieve this, I recommend using the Table Rate Shipping for WooCommerce plugin. It allows you to define detailed shipping rules based on product quantity, shipping class, and more, which should match your requirements.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards,

    Hello aliasviejo,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand the issue seems to be resolved on your staging site with the same configurations. To confirm, is the staging site hosted on the same server as your main site?

Please share the System Status Report from the staging site as well, so I can compare it with the main site.

Let’s focus on this and work our way toward a solution. 🙂

    Best regards.

    Hello themacmaker,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you want to remove the alt tags from the New Order email sent to you, as they make it harder to read.

I checked the screenshots, and it seems the default WooCommerce behavior might be modified. To understand this better, please share your site’s System Status Report. You can paste it at https://pastebin.com and share the link here.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello alpha31,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand your concern about the issue you’re facing. This forum is focused on support for WooCommerce core, and any matters requiring direct collaboration between WooCommerce and Divi developers are best handled through the appropriate channels. I hope those channels will be used to resolve any compatibility issues effectively.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have more questions or concerns.

    Best regards.

    Hello visnucarr,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand you’re asking whether the upcoming fix will be permanent or if you’ll still need to export and import your data for it to work correctly.

The goal is to provide a permanent solution, and if any additional steps are required, we’ll ensure that they are communicated clearly.

Since you also mentioned a separate issue with taxes, please open a new topic for that so we can address it properly.

    Have a great day!

    Hello nummu4,

    Thank you for your reply.

To help me investigate this issue more effectively, please export the products from your staging site as a CSV file and share it with me. I am requesting this because the previously shared CSV file is missing the “Variable” product type. All product types are listed as “Variations”. Normally, there should be a Variable type acting as a Parent of all Variations.

Also, temporarily disable all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to the Storefront theme. This will give me a clearer view of what might be causing the issue.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂

    Hello seoway,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re experiencing a serious issue where GA4 tracking stopped working after switching from Site Kit to another plugin and then back again, and it’s affecting multiple client sites.

To investigate this further, I need to review your site environment. Please share your System Status Report by pasting it at https://pastebin.com and sending me the link.

If you’ve seen similar reports from other users, please share those thread links as well. That will help me understand the scope of the problem and communicate any patterns or concerns to our development team.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hello vinitabansal,

Thank you for sharing the system status report. I noticed that the WooCommerce Price Based on Country plugin is active. This plugin might be affecting how prices are being passed to the Google for WooCommerce plugin.

I recommend temporarily disabling the WooCommerce Price Based on Country plugin to see if that resolves the issue. If the problem continues, please try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and Google for WooCommerce. This will help identify if another plugin is causing the conflict.

Let me know how it goes.

    Hello naghamasalman,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re trying to save a unique SKU, but it’s not being saved for some products.

Could you share screenshots of the Edit Product page where you update the SKU? Since it works for other products, please share screenshots of those as well for comparison. You can upload images to https://snipboard.io and share the links here.

When did this issue first start?

Lastly, please share your site’s System Status Report by pasting it into https://pastebin.com and sharing the link.

Once I have more information, I will be in a better position to assist you further.

    Best regards.

    Hello Lee,

    Thank you for your reply.

I understand that this is an intermittent issue that only occurs occasionally, even after many successful orders, which makes troubleshooting a bit more challenging.

To help investigate further, could you please edit the affected orders and share screenshots of the Edit Order page? Kindly ensure the Order Notes section is visible in the screenshots, as that information may help pinpoint the cause of the problem. Please hide the sensitive customer information.

You may use https://snipboard.io to upload images and share links here.

As for making the Apartment field always visible and optional, I recommend consulting a professional developer who can assist you with custom code. This approach eliminates the need for an additional plugin, keeping your site streamlined. You can find a good developer at Codeable.io or WooExperts.

Looking forward to your response. 🙂
