We are currently testing WP Optimize for our WooCommerce site under development. Like some other users, we’re encountering an issue where the file cache remains at zero – no files are being cached on our site.

Other users have traced similar problems to plugin conflicts. Is there a recommended way to identify such conflicts without deactivating plugins one by one?

Or are there any other things known like security patches etc. resulting in zero cached files.

Our log files don’t show any issues directly related to WP Optimize.
Runnning PHP 8.1 with latest WP release.

Thanks in advance for your support!

    Hi!
The general way to test plugin conflicts is by disabling all and enabling one after the other as described. However, an alternative method involves doing so on a staging or clone site, thus preventing any downtime on your main site.

If you don’t mind, please provide the address to your site so I can run some checks.

    Kind regards.
