WSOD when using CF7 block

I created my contact form and added it to the Contact Page using the Contact Form 7 Block. The site is WP 5.9.

All went well. Now that I want to edit the Contact Us page, I get the WSOD. The front end displays the contact form. I just need to edit the block that it is in.

I’m sorry. I didn’t get notification of your reply. https://staging.shikaclothing.com is the URL. I’ve since removed the CF7 block and am using the shortcode.
