Wrong from (sender) mail with Gmail

    Hi,

    we have the problem that the email always have the sender from the creator of the Gmail API. The settings of FluentSMTP are not taken into account.

    In the logs of FluentSMTP is the correct sender, from the settings. Once the email arrives, the sender (email and name) is from the Gmail API creator.

    The sender email address configured at FluentSMPT is a group email. We have set this up as the Gmail API owner and deleted the email from the Gmail API creator. Still no change …

    How can we solve this?
