I enter a new password and save user and boom:

Problem gone when I disable Matomo.

Hi @natahari, did you receive an email describing the exact error? Or are you able to check the PHP error logs for your server for the specific error that occurred?

And can you provide your System Report (see https://matomo.org/faq/wordpress/how-do-i-find-and-copy-the-system-report-in-matomo-for-wordpress/)?
