Is this Carousel a function of your theme? If so what theme? Theme acquired from?
Or are using a plugin for it? If so what plugin? plugin acquired from?
@t-p , the theme is custom, I make it from scratch, i.e. I create all files by myself. WP carousel is the name of a plugin, https://wpcarousel.io/, I create all page carousels with it in dashboard. I use free version of the plugin.
I’d like to add that just after initializing carousels have enormous space below, between captions and pagination bullets, which disappeares only after some slides are scrolled (it jumps to the top). Yes, I found in the forum that the cause of the enormous space is in the plugin lazy-load setting. But I can’t get rid of it as my page contains many carousels, else I have problems with the perfomance – my site is mainly for mobile gadjets.
I tried to limit carousel height in css. It partially solves the problem, but if a carousel have slides with short captions, the pagination bullets are so far from the slides and this looks ugly even if without the pagination bullets jump afterwards.
Also I disabled preloader in WP Carousel settings, but for some reason it appears all the same and contributes to the image size calculating as it huge!

Custom or commercial themes are not supported here.
For any issue related to the plugin, I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-carousel-free/#new-post so its developers and support community can help you with this.
@t-p thanks for your reply! I’ll go there.
