We are experiencing a bug on all our sites after we update to the most recent version of Wordfence where the button or url to switch back to your original user is not displaying on the site when you have successfully been redirected to the new users my-account page, however it is not showing on any pages, not only the my-account page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Do you mean Wordfence or WooCommerce? Which version of both are you using please?

Wordfence is the plugin we have it linked to –

    Wordfence: 8.1.0

    WooCommerce: 10.1.2

Hi John, just popping in to see if you had a chance to test this yet or if you needed access to our environment, thank you!

Checking in to see if this has any follow up ? Thank you

@johnbillion sorry – further testing and I don’t know what’s causing it, but it is happening for me too. 🙁 We are running Wordfence, Stop User Enumeration, and a SSO plugin (among others) but some of these I cannot turn off in order to test things as it would break my production site. The issue isn’t happening on staging (where we cannot run the MiniOrange SSO plugin, so maybe that’s a culprit). Happy to test if you are looking into this. Thanks!
