  • Hi @mohammad13yazdani,

It looks like your website is under construction. So, I wasn’t able to test the issue you are facing.

Kindly share the following information for further investigation:

    1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    2. Fatal Error Log: A copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

Also, please follow these steps to determine if there is a theme/plugin conflict:

    1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
    2. Disable all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Test if the filter by attribute functionality works as expected.

    Hi @mohammad13yazdani

The error message indicates a TypeError, which suggests that there might be a conflict between plugins or a theme.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

    • Disable all plugins except WooCommerce: To determine if a plugin is causing the conflict, temporarily disable all other plugins except WooCommerce. Then, check if the filter by attribute feature functions correctly. If it does, you can then reactivate your plugins one by one to identify the culprit. You can find a more detailed explanation of conducting a conflict test here.
    • Switch to a default theme: If the issue persists after disabling plugins, try switching to a default theme like Storefront. If the error disappears, it means the problem lies within your theme.
    • Update WooCommerce: Ensure that you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce. Outdated versions can cause compatibility issues, leading to errors like the one you’re experiencing.
    • Check your PHP version: WooCommerce recommends using PHP 7.4 or higher. If you’re using an older version, it could be causing the TypeError.

If you’ve tried these steps and are still experiencing the issue, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with more information. Please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or share it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.

We’re eager to help you resolve this issue and get your WooCommerce site working as expected. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
