We noticed that you’re using the WooCommerce Block Checkout, and we believe you may have made changes in the Classic Checkout Fields tab in the backend.
Just to clarify:
If you’re using the Classic Checkout, please ensure the checkout page is set up using the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. This will allow our plugin’s fields to display correctly.
If you’re using the Block Checkout, you’ll need to configure your fields under the Block Checkout Fields tab instead, as Classic and Block checkouts are handled separately and don’t share the same settings.
If this is not the case, kindly note that in the Block Checkout, you can find the option to make the Phone field required directly within the editor. Could you please try making the phone field required there and confirm if the issue has been resolved?
Please note that any changes made in the Block Checkout editor will override the settings from our plugin.
Could you please check and verify this from your end?

Thanks for your reply. I did mark this as resolved yesterday so you wouldn’t waste your time replying but thank you anyway. I didn’t want to change to short code. I made the phone field required with a code snippet instead so the plug in was no longer needed. Thank you!
