“WooCommerce database update in progress” message

I’ve been receiving the message “WooCommerce database update in progress” for about a month. THere is abutton below it that says “You can manually run queued updates here.” When I click there are no Scheduled Actions appearing.

However, there are pending actions that run either every day every week or every month. I pretty much leave those alone.

I have tried to go to WooCommerce/Status/Tools to manually run “Update database” but nothing changes. I’ve also switched my theme from Astra to Twenty-Two and performed the action above, but no results.

Any other suggestions to get past the “WooCommerce database update in progress” running endlessly?

Can you please provide us with a screenshot of the Pending tasks under WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions > Pending for us to check this further?

Thanks for sharing the requested information above.

Based on this screenshot, I can see that there are no pending tasks related to the WooCommerce database update. Furthermore, I can see that your WC database version is already using the latest: WC Database Version: 7.7.0

It could be due to caching. Can you please have your host purge the site cache from and see if this resolves the notification message?

Furthermore, please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?
