Hello @gadusn,
From what I understood, are the changes not reflecting on the frontend? If that’s the case, this is usually because of a caching issue. If you are currently using a cache plugin, clear the cache and see if the changes show up. If not, you might need to deactivate the plugin and test again.
Additionally, it could also be server-side caching; you should be able to purge the cache from the site’s cPanel. If you need help doing this, ask your hosting provider’s customer support for some assistance.
If this issue happens in the backend, please provide a detailed explanation of the problem.
You could also use screenshots to provide more information. This guide can help you achieve this: https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/adding-screenshots-on-the-forums/
Cheers.

Its correct its frontend. BUT the text update work well ( cache ok) . Its only the MENU the cant be updated from the backend, only in editor of template.
Hello again,
If this is the case, please make sure that you are editing the correct navigation menu currently on your site.
- Go to Appearance > Editor > Navigation.
- Here you will see a list of navigation menus; select the correct Navigation menu used in your Header template part.
- Add, remove, edit and rearrange menu items from there.
- Save changes, it should update on your frontend.
Give these a try and let me know how it goes. If it doesn’t fix the problem, consider using screenshots to show what you are experiencing.
Best of luck.
