Good morning, I'm suddenly having problems with the WooCommerce Astra child theme. I can no longer add products or edit existing ones. I've already updated the theme and plugins.
    Thank you

    Hi @francomoliello,

I can see how disruptive this is, especially when it suddenly prevents you from adding or editing products, and I am keen to help you get this sorted. The window.jQuery is not a function error in the WooCommerce admin often points to a JavaScript conflict, commonly caused by a theme or plugin loading jQuery incorrectly, or a compatibility issue after recent updates.

A good first step is to check for conflicts. Please try temporarily switching to a default theme like Storefront and see if the issue persists. If it does, then run a quick plugin conflict test by disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then re enable them one by one to identify which one triggers the error. This guide walks through that process in detail: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Since you mentioned using an Astra child theme, it would also be worth checking if the child theme includes any custom scripts or outdated jQuery references, as WooCommerce admin relies on WordPress core scripts being loaded as expected.

If the issue continues after the conflict test, please share your WooCommerce System Status Report via https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com, and let us know the exact WooCommerce, WordPress, and Astra versions you are running. That will help narrow things down further.

Looking forward to your update so we can take the next step together. Let’s see how it goes!
