Hi, i have noticed simple-cpt-public.min.css loading on frontend, it is an empty file, yet loading on frontend. How to avoid it ?

This two css and js are empty, (https://prnt.sc/3kGGnJNt2UYG) i like to remove them from loading frontend, which are making more resource requests.

You are absolutely right. Those files are redundant. I have updated the plugin to handle this issue so please install the latest version. Thank you for pointing this!
