When I go to the ‘blocked’ tab on the plugin there are a number of blocked IP addresses. I am trying to compile a list of these, so I have looked in the database. However, in the wp_sgs_log_visitors table, all the entries have the blocked column as 0. Also, any of the blocked IP addresses that I search for in the table don’t seem to exist.

    Hello @chillifish ,

The wp_sgs_log_visitors table usually shows 0 in the “block” column for IP addresses that have been blocked due to too many unsuccessful login attempts. In these cases, the block functionality itself is handled by the option called “sg_security_unsuccessful_login” in the wp_options table.

If your site is hosted at SiteGround, please feel free to contact us via our Help Desk, and we’ll gladly review why the blocked IP addresses you see in the Blocked tab are missing from the wp_sgs_log_visitors table on your site.

    Best Regards,
    Svetoslav Vasev
