Is there a check list to go through if after installing the bell prompt it will not appear on home page?

Hello, I see the bell on the site in the bottom right-hand corner, it may be covering or covered by your “contact us” option.
You can move our bell to the bottom left using the settings: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/en/permission-requests#subscription-bell-prompt
