First of all, I first contacted the chat on WPMU DEV portal and they told me I need to create a ticket here, I don’t understand why do I need to go back and forth? The Antibot feature, as I understand, is a part of Defender free version and doesn’t require any subscription, right?
Secondly, I didn’t share any account details with anyone and I also don’t recognize this email. How is this even possible if the websites were already connected to our WPMU dev account, how can someone transfer them to their account this easily? Also, we own all the domains and can prove it.

The AntiBot Global Firewall is not a premium feature, but you need to connect the site to HUB to use it.
Could you please share a few example sites that has issues? If you are not comfortable sharing them here, please send them via email.
