I have the same issue.
Optimize Original Images – ON
Create WebP Versions – ON
Image WebP Replacement – ON
Still, WebP images are not being provisioned.
I even tried “Destroy All Optimization Data” and did everything again. But still, the website shows jpg or png images only and NOT THE REPLACED WEBP version.
I would highly appreciate any help.

If the WebP image has been successfully activated, then there is a browser that is not compatible with the WebP image, will your plugin still display WebP images or will your plugin display normal images (JPG)?

if browser does not support webp , then it will not send webp but previous/original images

but by default , it should be /wp-content/uploads/YEAR/MONTH
but you injected sites/2 into it ?

I am using a subdomain, and I don’t see the “Debug Settings” section at LiteSpeed settings on my subdomain as in your youtube video
I see the “Debug Setting” setting is located in my site’s network admin, but the webp version is located in the subdomain, not in my main domain
Do I need to debug from the admin network, and not from the subdomain?

okay , yes , seems you did not even run though the image optimization , and that probably explains why you don’t have webp.
domain key is the API key that uses to perform all the online services provided, like image optimization
without it , it’s impossible to perform image optmization
