• The features offered by this plugin are very good, but the quality control of their updates is absolutely terrible. Three times in the past year, they’ve screwed-up our website so badly that we had to do a full restore. Doing a rollback” of the update doesn’t work if you have the “Pro” version, since the Pro version of the plugin doesn’t allow rollbacks. Worse, they don’t learn from previous mistakes. A year ago, they broke the dozen flipboxes on our home page by arbitrarily changing their dimensions, so the text spilled out of the margins. Now, they just made the same mistake again. Best to delay updating it for as long as possible. Now, a few months later, they’ve screwed-up my website again. This time, it was because their license renewal system doesn’t work properly. The payment was made automatically yesterday, but the license key expired anyway, which means the plugin stopped working, messing up the format of my home page. I can’t believe I actually pay money to experience such hassles!
UPDATE: We eventually deleted this plugin and bought Elementor Pro, which includes all the functions we originally bought this plugin for…but without all the bugs.
