Hi there – I am using Webba booking for a small pilates studio. I have a few questons that I cannot seem to work out.

    1. What is the best way to limit each “booking” (aka Class). In our scheduling we have each time slot is one class. There are few variety of classes but since its one small studio, no class overlaps with another. I am trying to limit it to 5 people per class but am not sure exactly how to do it.
    2. If and when we limit the class size is there a way to show on the booking calendar that a class is full but someone can sign up for a waiting list?
    3. And if we get a “waiting list” function is there a way to have a first-come-first-serve notification when someone might cancel to notify someone on a waitlist they can sign up and pay for the open spot class.
    4. Lastly, is there a way to have someone “purchase” a coupon? We’d like to bundle classes or even give monthly subscription that is done so by purchasing a coupon? Thank you so much really loving the plugin.

    Hi @dangold531,

    Thanks for sharing the details.

    1. You can limit the slot selection from Service > Limit timeslot selection. Also, once you enable Group Booking, you’ll be able to see the available and booked slots directly in the calendar.
    2. At the moment, Webba has checkout coupon features only.
    3. Currently, the waiting list and purchase coupon/gift card features are not available. However, they are planned and expected to be released in the first half of 2026.

If you have any other questions or need help, please let me know. I’m happy to help.

    Regards
