Visualisation problem of the cookie warning

    Hi,
    I have a problem with the visualisation of the cookie warning. It doesn’t appear on my website, even if I had set up all the various settings and I cleaned the cache.
    I have found these PHP errors:

    I’m running the PHP v5.5.38 with the last version of WordPress.
