To help us investigate, could you please send over the following:
- Screen recording of the issue.
- Site details: Go to Tools > Site Health > Info, click “Copy site info to clipboard” and paste it in your reply.
- Screenshots of your Enable Media Replace settings at the time of replacing the image.
- Lastly, does the issue happen in multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc)?

hello @bvedgie, can you please tell us if you are still having issues with the version 4.1.7 of this plugin?
We’ve tested it with WordPress 6.9 as well and everything looks good in our tests.
