User was not created when a membership was purchased

    We have been using Members with WordPress and Gravity Forms for a few years and it’s worked beautifully. Now we have an oddity. In June someone completed the registration form and paid her registration fee. However, a User profile was not created for her. She is unable to login to use the member features of the site. Others have joined since this person with no issue. I’m stumped about how to resolve this. I manually created her user profile, but it does not connect to her membership details. Is there a way to connect her details in Gravity Forms with her User profile? I’d appreciate advice on how to resolve this so she can move forward and use the site.

    From what you’ve described, it sounds like the issue is connected to how MemberPress integrates with Gravity Forms during registration and membership creation, rather than something handled by the Members plugin itself.

    Since MemberPress manages the actual membership purchase process and user account creation, the best next step would be to contact the MemberPress support team directly. They’ll be able to look into why that particular user profile wasn’t created and guide you on how to connect her details so she can access the site properly.
