Indeed, I just tested with both a Multiple Name field, and separate First & Last Name fields in a test form, and the data does not map to WordPress usermeta fields as expected.
I have reported this to the developers so they can investigate and fix as soon as possible.

I checked our internal notes and the fix was included in the 1.14.11

This issue reported in this ticket was resolved in v1.14.11. I do understand the issue might sound similar, however, it would be better if you could open a new ticket with further details regarding it so that we could investigate what might be causing it.
While creating a new ticket please do also share the form export in the new ticket, so that it would help us in investigating it further.
