Hi @jitoru, sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.
A customer can see courses in my account only if he/she is purchased and enrolled under a course.
Regarding enrollment issue, First check whether the courses are connected with the product.
If there is no such issue, then it seems like serve is not able to process this information within the server timeout settings.
Now you can increase the timeout to 15 (or 30 at max) via our MooWoodle >> Settings >> System Settings : https://prnt.sc/KrQOrGrKJ_GK and check again.
Let us know if this fixed the issue.

hi,
The customer has already purchased the course, as u can see in the image https://prnt.sc/lEI3y88VN0bW , i have changed time to 30, but still fail the enrollment in moodle, the log in wordpress fail https://prnt.sc/YRdUYEkM0Qyg.
The course is linked whit the product in moowoodle appear to have 2 enrollments https://prnt.sc/POA-PeLFsneF and course linked with the product https://prnt.sc/LdPEdsh6N3g_

Hi @jitoru, please install plugin like Email Log () and place a new order.
Once the order status is completed, see whether user is receiving the Enrolment Email via email log.
