The HTML field in Forminator will not be able to render a shortcode out of the box I am afraid.
However, you can enable the HTML field to support shortcodes by adding a mu-plugin on your site as mentioned on our public docs: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#html-field
