Easy Updates Manager has failed to update WordPress to version 6.7.1 since 11/22/2024. The website it is attempting to pull the update from is not responding. Was unable to find a way to change where it pulls the updates from or why this site is now no longer existing. Log is below

EUM does not decide where to pull update from.

Can you log into your WP dashboard and navigate to the Settings > General section. In the field WordPress Address (URL), you need to define the directory where your site’s core files are located. While in the Site Address (URL) field, type in the URL you want the site to load with.

Still getting the same error after checking the suggestion you made:

In the field WordPress Address (URL), you need to define the directory where your site’s core files are located. (This will change the actual website url right)

The site address is the website URL so it should not.

This error appears to still be present when attempting to update from WP 6.8 to 6.8.1. Full log notes are:

    “Updating to WordPress 6.8.1

    Downloading update from http://atl4.violin.web.com/downloads/wordpress-6.8.1-partial-0.zip

    Download failed. Not Found

    Installation failed. Not Found”

Where does the automatic update get the server to pull updates from?
