An auto update of the theme broke my site. Any ideas of potential conflicts, reasons why? Working now but had to get hosting support to restore and turnoff auto update as a normal backup restore did not work.

Think it is solved, the theme was on auto update but the Customify pro plugin was not. That caused the issue.

This has happened to my client’s website as well. Did you rollback the update?

In my case it had to do with the Customify pro plugin in not being updated as well. Both needed to be updated at the same time.

    Hi @kiwipaul, @ghdunlimited .

Due to numerous changes in our latest version, please update both the Customify theme and the Customify Pro plugin to ensure your website works correctly.

If you cannot access your admin, please update the Customify Pro via FTP.

If it still does not work, please create a ticket on our support forum we will take a closer look.

    Thanks for your understanding!

Hello, I’m using the Customify theme, free version. Since this morning, I noticed that the image which used to appear in the HEADERER COVER AREA of the site is no longer visible, although it is still present in the settings. This happened suddenly after an update. What could be the reason? Thank you for your assistance.
