    Hello,

    creating new campaign and editing design mail allow to add a link to unsubscribe using keyword {{UNSUBSCRIBE-LINK}} but it just send you to your site homepage.

    Removing manually added link, the unsubscribe paragraph as defined in setting is displayed but, again, it doesn’t bring you to the right place.

    Sorry but I modified both mail design and general settings (as we need something that works) to remove this link (I think automatically added at design mail creation) so I can’t provide you that info for now.

    I’ll try to create a new campaign to reproduce and reply here when done. Sorry for delay

    I remember that I created a Test campaign exhibiting same problem.

    This link was automatically added but in English with the word “here”…

    This link is just not working and display the site’s homepage

    Hello,

    creating completely new campaign comes with a working unsubscribe link although in English (where can I translate it in French ?)

    Old edited campaign see their unsubscribe link no more working.

    Problem is closed for us but it is not normal that an update broke that

    Thank you for the update.

    I’m glad to hear that the unsubscribe link is working correctly in the new campaign. Are you referring to the unsubscribe page, that blue one that appears after clicking the unsubscribe link?

    If so, you can translate the unsubscribe page into French using the Loco Translate plugin. Some users have tried it, and it worked for them.

    If you are just looking to change the unsubscribe text, you can do that from the General Settings. Just scroll down to find the unsubscribe code. Regarding the older campaigns, some internal improvements to the unsubscribe system were introduced in a recent update.

    I completely understand your concern, and we will review this to ensure that future updates do not affect existing campaigns in this way.If you need anything else, please feel free to let me know.

    The problem is solved by creating a completely new campaign.

    That means that this seems it was broken by one of the November’s updates.

    Using the latest patched version (patch was for text size and alignment availability in editor), we got same problem by using “Test email” but it could be normal (although it will be better to remove the unsubscribe link when using test).

    This problem here can be closed as solved.
