    Hi, I closed some of my sites, they were using “WooPayments”, I don’t remember if this plugin required an account registration to work, I wanted to delete it, how do I do it? Thanks in advance.

    Hi there!

    WooPayments does require a Woo.com account to be connected during the initial setup in order to process payments. If you don’t recall creating or linking any Woo.com account, that likely means no account was fully registered or activated with WooPayments on that site.

    In this case, you can simply:

    1. Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins in your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Deactivate and delete the WooPayments plugin from there.

    Since no account was connected, there’s no need to take any further action.

    Hi there!

    Yes, that’s correct — woo.com redirects to woocommerce.com, which is the official website for WooCommerce.
