Hello jrgalia,
Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.
I understand the issue. If all orders except those from ‘Web admin’ show ‘Unknown’ in the Origin column, it could be due to multiple reasons.
When did you first notice this issue? Knowing the timeline may provide some clues into the cause of the problem.
To investigate further, please share your site’s System Status Report. You can paste it into https://pastebin.com and share the link here.
Looking forward to your response. 🙂
When I checked, all orders from the beginning got issue. Below is the link for the woo status.

Hi @jrgalia ,
Thanks for reaching out!
Can you check if Order Attribution Tracking is correctly enabled? You can find this setting by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features > Order Attribution: https://woocommerce.com/document/order-attribution-tracking/#section-2
From your SSR, it looks like you’re using a custom checkout page—possibly built with Divi Builder.
Checkout: ❌ Page does not contain the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the woocommerce/checkout block.
Since your checkout page doesn’t include the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the WooCommerce Checkout block, that could be causing issues with order attribution tracking. We’ve seen this happen quite a bit with custom checkout setups.
A good way to test this is by setting up a temporary page with the default [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode. Try making a test purchase there and see if the order attribution shows up correctly.
Give that a try and let us know how it goes!
thanks. looks like that’s the case based on my tests.
