    Hi there,

    We have installed the Imagify plugin on our website under an Infinite subscription to optimize the images. Initially, the plugin was able to optimize some images successfully. However, the optimization process has now stalled and is not proceeding any further.

    I have already followed the guidance provided in the “Optimization is Stuck” documentation. Additionally, I have installed both the Imagify Tools plugin and the Don’t use ImageMagick helper plugin, but unfortunately, the issue persists.

    Could you please provide guidance on resolving this? I’m happy to provide any information you may need to troubleshoot and fix the problem.
