    Hi,

We did have the WP Hide Login plugin actaivted on our site, we then deactaivted it a while ago. For some now we’re unable to login to our site.

Our hosting provider has tried the below steps.

    1. Re-activated the plugin and tried the slug provided

    2. Flushed rewrite rules in case of a rewrite rule corruption

    3. Re-disabled the plugin, and removed any database rows in 07_options as per https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58773155/im-locked-out-of-wordpress-after-using-the-wps-hide-login-plugin “Use tool such as phpMyAdmin and browse through your application database in the “_option” table then navigate to the “whl_page” row when you will be able to see the currently set admin login URL.” (Usually, deactivating/uninstalling the plugin removes these rows, but they were still there)

    4. Renamed the current .htaccess to .htaccess-old and instated WordPress’s default .htaccess

    5. Purged our CDN caches in case it was accidentally cached.

Please can you help with this?

    Thanks

    Hello,

If the plugin has been properly removed, could you please deactivate all plugins and try logging into the dashboard?
