    Having lots of problems with the PayPal plugin:

    None of the changes I make in the “Payment Settings” screen seem to apply. I’m unable to see the Credit Card or Venmo payment buttons even though both options are enabled.

    Changing options in the Styling screen does not actually apply in the cart or checkout pages.

    Pay Later messaging options are missing. I have disabled Pay Later in the Payment Settings screen but they still appear.

    I seem to be missing menu options, there are only the following across the top of the PayPal settings page:
    Overview | Payment Methods | Settings | Styling

    2. Click on the Get system report button and then click Copy for support.
