Unable to access wp-admin after global php failure | WordPress.org

Hi, I am experiencing an error message when trying to access the dashboard of our WordPress site. This is since the global php problem. Apparently our internet provider has updated php with the fix ; but I still cannot access the dashboard via WP-admin. Does anyone else have this issue ?

Hi @upboetendael,

It looks like a fatal error is triggered when you try to access the dashboard. Have you recently upgraded your plugins, theme, or WordPress?

Please enable WordPress Debug Mode. If so, the fatal error details will be stored in the debug.log file in the wp-content folder. It will help us to track the bug. Refer to the following documentation for more details.

If you are not able to track it, contact your hosting support team to access the debug.log or PHP error log.

No – but I found out what was wrong. I clicked on the recuperation mode link and had a look at the plugins to update and found a rogue one which had been uploaded by UpdraftPlus.
