two-step verification pass without code

    I enabled two-step verification, and during login, the two-step verification field appeared, but I didn’t enter any code, and the two-step verification could still pass. What is the problem?

    Hi @mjgmack, thanks for getting in touch.

    There is a known issue that causes this behavior. There are also some other plugins mentioned on that page related to 2FA to check:

    Plugin: Advanced Google reCAPTCHA

    Description: Causes our two-factor authentication feature to malfunction so that any six digit two-factor authentication code entered allows access, even if the code is incorrect.
