Hi Lutz,
Please send us one page where you have set the title and meta description, as well as a screenshot of the Yoast SEO meta box (which shows the title and meta description you have set) so that we can inspect it.
We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi MariusG,
afaik the title and description goes for the whole website, right?
So ALL pages should be affected, means e.g. the Home page: https://dariusquinn.de
Please find the screenshot of the Yoast settings here: https://dariusquinn.de/wp-content/uploads/Screenshot-Yoast.png
Thanks in advance!
In the screenshot you provided, you have added a description template to all posts. This does not include your homepage, other pages, or archive pages. Please note that we highly recommend using variables for the title and description templates to avoid repeating the same title and description across multiple posts/pages of your site. Having the same title/description is not good for SEO.
You can change the SEO title and description templates to meet your specific needs with the steps here: How to modify the default templates
Additionally, you can change the SEO title and description for the homepage in the settings under:
Admin > SEO > Search Appearance > General (tab)
