The Three Deletes

    Howdy Andrij, hoping it’s a good week.

    There are three delete links in a conversation.

    1. Delete conversation
    2. Clear Messages
    3. Erase conversation.

    When hovering over each item they state:

    1. Delete conversation
    2. Delete all messages in this conversation
    3. Erase conversation and all messages

    They all sound like the same thing. I looked through documentation and did a Google search through indexed pages of better-messages.com and only found a delete filter. Here’s a screenshot to the delete links:

    Hi there!

    Clear messages and erase conversation are admin only options and only website admins sees them. They can completely delete messages or conversation from database.

    Thank you Andrij! 🙂 Option #3 Erase conversation is crystal clear. What is the difference between admin option Delete conversation and admin option Clear Messages? Does clear message remove all messages but keep the conversation (as a blank slate)?
