I’ve been using this plugin for years, and have had very few problems with it. It can save a log of outbound emails, which is really useful to have in case there are deliverability problems and you need to view or resend messages.
Recently I was having problems sending emails through Mailgun’s API, and opened a support ticket. I was very happy to be getting support for a free plugin! It turned out to not be a problem with the plugin at all, but with the webhost I use. Aqib provided great support, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a license if I needed any of those features. I’m tempted to purchase a license just to show my appreciation for a great plugin!
