    Tried a few AI tools for our site and this one actually gets it. Setup was so easy, it took me maybe 20 minutes. It reads our docs and answers like someone who understands our products, not a bot spitting out random help articles. Cut our support tickets roughly in half the first month. We even tuned it to our brand voice with a few prompt tweaks.
