If you see emails logged but haven’t received them, please contact Brevo Support, as they’ll be able to help you resolve the issue.
Please note that the WP Mail SMTP plugin acts as a bridge between your WordPress site and your email provider — the actual email delivery is handled by your email provider or configured mailer.

there are no emails in the logs, so brevo isnt even trying to send them. So would this be an issue with brevo, with the WP SMTP plugin or our website its self?

The first step is to send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Tools to a couple email addresses.
- If they go out fine, it means the WP Mail SMTP plugin is configured properly.
- If you get an on-screen error there is a “See Full Error Log” button if you scroll a bit, click it to see more details about the error.
- If you get a warning, there are links and or instructions on how to fix things in it.
Please try that and share your results.
Also, please make sure you have your transactional emails active on Brevo, the message stating they are not active appears at the bottom of the screen in the “transactional” area of your dashboard. It would look like this https://a.supportally.com/i/ACtpa6
Another option could be a plugin conflict, if you have the Brevo plugin installed, it can cause issues with WP Mail SMTP among a few others. So checking for conflicts is a good idea in these cases.
