Terrible Support, Slow Loading Time

First of all, I really like the ease of customization of the funnel builder and checkout pages. I have a pro paid subscription. The reason for 2 stars is because the loading time of the checkout pages is incredibly slow, and the customer support has been really poor. I contacted customer support for helping with the slow loading time, and they take about 5 days between replies, and offered no helpful insight into how to improve it. I don’t want to lose all the effort I put into customizing my checkout pages, but great checkout pages mean nothing if customers leave before the pages load.
