    How can I get the ParcelWILL logistics information template to recognize my emails? Also, how do I add an email notification template for account deletion to the free plan?

    Hi,

    Thank you for updating.

    By default, if those custom email types are found under WooCommerce Settings >> Emails, then those emails goes through our plugin’s Default Template – you can see this guide or watch this tutorial video.

    We don’t have built-in template for 3rd plugin emails, but you can create one following this guide.
